1. How long does delivery take?

Artizun offers fast, tracked UK delivery in 3–5 business days.
Some speciality items may take 5–15 business days depending on supplier stock and demand.
Delivery estimates are always shown clearly on each product page.

2. Do you offer tracking on orders?

Yes — every order includes full tracking.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your item ships.

3. How much is shipping?

  • Free UK Shipping on all orders over £75
  • £3.95-£15.00 (depending on product) tracked delivery for orders under £75 

We use a simple flat-rate system to avoid surprises at checkout.

4. Why do some items arrive separately?

To deliver your items as quickly as possible, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels from different fulfilment partners.
Each parcel comes with its own tracking link.

5. Which countries do you ship to?

At the moment, Artizun ships primarily within the United Kingdom. Some large items cannot be shipped to Highlands & Scottish Isles. 
International shipping may appear for select products at checkout.

6. What if my order is delayed or hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • Email: contact@artizun.co.uk
  • We’ll track it for you
  • If lost or delayed significantly, we’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund

This is covered under our Delivery Guarantee.

Ordering & Payments

7. How do I place an order?

Simply add any product you like to your cart and check out safely using our secure payment system.
We accept most major card providers and digital payment options.

8. Is my payment information secure?

Yes — Artizun uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways.
Your card details are never stored on our servers.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after purchasing?

You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After it ships, we can still guide you through an easy return once it arrives.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

10. What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-30-day Easy Returns Guarantee depending on our fulfilment partner.
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
Unwanted items can be returned in unused, original condition.

11. Who covers return shipping costs?

  • If the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, Artizun covers the return cost.
  • For unwanted items, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

12. How do I request a return or refund?

Email us at contact@artizun.co.uk with:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Photo/video (if applicable)

We reply within 24 hours with next steps.

13. How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and reviewing your return.

14. Do you offer replacements instead of refunds?

Yes!
If you prefer a replacement, we can send one immediately after verifying your issue.

Artizun works with trusted and verified UK based fulfilment partners to source high-quality, curated products.
Every item is quality-checked before dispatch.

16. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

This is extremely rare — but if it happens, we’ll replace it or refund you immediately.
Just send us a quick photo/video and we’ll take care of everything.

17. Are the product images accurate?

Yes, all product images represent the real item.
We also ensure product descriptions are clear, accurate and updated regularly.

18. Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest.
Creating an account simply gives you order history access and faster checkout.

20. Do you have live chat?

Live chat is available during selected hours and will expand as we grow.
