Description

This large Blue Coastal wall art will bring a coastal feel to your home decor. Great for filling an empty wall with some interest. This modern geometric wall hanging is handmade and painted in a calming blue colour palette with gold and brown accented pieces. Some pieces are left unpainted to let the natural colour of the wood show. 

How is this item made?

  • Sustainable plywood is laser cut in to the shapes at our studio in Milton Keynes.
  • Each plywood piece is painted in a blue colour palette with gold and brown accented pieces
  • The item is carefully assembled by tying the plywood, ceramics and metal components together with waxed cord.
  • It is then carefully wrapped in tissue paper to protect it then placed in to a box for shipping to its new home. 

Hanging Option:

The dowel for the top comes in two pieces. These can be sat next to each other on top of nails, screws or hooks to create the finished look in the photos. We cannot send a full length dowel due to shipping restrictions. 

You may wish to supply your own dowel, branch or rod to create a unique look and to have the whole piece on one piece.

Dimensions:

Approximately 80cm (32”) long x 120cm (47”) wide.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy Guidelines:

1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be affected by holiday periods or high order volumes.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping location and supplier. As products are handcrafted, custom orders may take longer than standard delivery timelines. In stock items can be delivered much quicker. 

Most orders aim to be delivered within:

  • UK Mainland: 5–15 business days if made to order. 
  • International Orders (EU): 10–17 business days

Please note: Some products cannot be shipped to outside of UK and EU. For deliveries to outside of UK, customs and any other charges are not included in the shipping fees.

There are also some limitations to delivering to the Highlands and Scottish Islands for larger items. The checkout cart will auto suggest if the product cannot be shipped to the postcode or country.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order total, location, and selected shipping method. FREE UK SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £75. Not shipping outside of EU currently.

4. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be provided via email as soon as your order is shipped, where available. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be applied upon import into your country. These fees are not included in our shipping fees and are set by local customs authorities.

6. Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, postal service issues, or high order volumes.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery date, providing your order number and any supporting photos for damage claims. We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may not be available for shipment to some regions due to legal or carrier restrictions. If your order is affected by such restrictions, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

Return & Refund

Returns & Refund Policy :

When you order an item online, you have 14 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind and 30 days to return faulty goods for a no quibble exchange or refund. If your purchase is faulty after the the 30 days returns window but within the 12 month warranty period, then you can return the item to be repaired or replaced. These periods start from the day you have received the item.

For items returned due to a Change of mind within 14 days they would need to be returned at your own cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future.

For items that are missing and have not arrived these need to reported within 5 days from receiving your shipping confirmation email. This needs to be via email only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number, for example).

When you receive the item, please unpack them so you can see how they look in your home, but please keep the original packaging so in the case of a return you can repack the items before collection. 

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges that are not in their original packaging.

If you're returning an item because it's damaged, your claim must be accompanied by:

  • At least 2 photos of the product clearly showing the defect or problem
  • At least 2 photos of the original product packaging showing the carrier's shipping label

We request photos of the damage so we can open a claim with the courier to be refunded ourselves.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
